New queen gel memory foam beds are in bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. The master has a private second floor balcony, perfect spot for morning coffee! Both rooms have spacious closets and their own heat pumps with heating and AC options. We provide all linens, extra blankets and pillows.

The full bathroom boasts a gorgeous and luxurious design with tiled shower and two heads- one rain shower head and the other a detachable spray nozzle. All linens provided, including both bath & spa towels.

New full size front load washer and dryer available for guests!

Stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, dishwasher, indoor round table with seating for four, and a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer. Also includes an electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, dish set for 6, plenty of utensils, pots/pans, baking sheets, and cooking basics- such as oil, salt and pepper.

The back door leads to the natural blue stone patio- completely fenced in and private backyard. Relax in the new 6-person hot tub- private & open year round. Seasonally, enjoy the outdoor dining area with seating for 4, a propane grill, loungers, string lights and a fire pit for cooler evenings! (Hammock & patio umbrella also available during the summer months.)

Plenty of fresh air being circulated with our newly installed ERV (ventilation) system and heat pumps on each floor (for heating and cooling).

Please note: We have 2 off-street parking spots available in the paved driveway. Most of the year, 2 vehicles can fit; however during our snowiest months (January-February) there may only be room for one.
