House was just as described and like the photos. Immaculate and smelled like clean laundry when we walked in! The backyard is private and we loved the hottub and firepit! Just enough space for a family of 4 with young kids.

Place was amazing!! Stayed with 3 others and it was a perfect fit. The house itself was spotless, homey, and very modern! The yard was immaculate, hot tub was a hugeeee bonus. Location was a 18-20 min walk to beach, but went rented ATV’s and it was a 3-4 min ride! Overall 100/10, and would 100% book again!

My husband, mother and I had a great time in this beautiful Airbnb! The house was clean comfortable and had all of the amenities you would need. Extra tooth brushes, flossers,qtips ect.. were left making it very convenient! The host was communicative and responsive and left a guide book with links to instructional videos!! Location of the house is in a quiet walkable neighborhood close to the beach with a wonderful back yard. Would definitely stay here again!!

Super clean home and Arian was very responsive to any questions we had. Hot tub in the back was a nice extra! Kitchen had everything needed if you wanted to make meals at home. My girlfriend and I came to celebrate our one year anniversary. It was everything we hoped for and more, the kitchen had everything we could dream of, the beds were comfortable, the surroundings were immaculate, not to mention the hot tub and easy access to the beach. It's close to Old Orchard Beach activities and the beach itself. There's not too much to do in the winter, but we expected that. They were good about communicating.

If your looking to spend time at the beach or something’s attracted you to the area I can’t speak on that. I booked solely for the hot tub. lol. They have comprised a book of information & it seemed very helpful & well put together. I think it’s very close to everything that attracts people to the location. I wanted to try a good lobster roll & they were very quick to respond on a place. Which we returned twice to in the 2 days we spent here. I absolutely LOVED the home. Everything about it the decor, the layout, the furniture, color scheme, everything. I’d pay whoever designed the place to come to mine. I felt right at home. I have a lick of OCD. I get high anxiety with uncleanly spaces & 9/10 clean everyplace I stay in prior to unpacking. I didn’t feel the need here. My friend were SHOOK. lol. They had everything well stocked for a longer stay. I’m very impressed. I’ve spent the last 5 years traveling the nation, living in over a dozen places. This place was best stocked. Impressive

This is the first Airbnb review I’ve left that isn’t 5 stars. While the place was immaculate when we arrived, we booked this place specifically for the hot tub to use during freezing winter and holiday closures. The hot tub cover was warped with a huge block of ice on top when we got there, and the water felt warm at best. We dumped off the ice, reported to the host, and followed instructions, but the temp stayed between 89-93 degrees during our whole stay until the last day when we had to check out. Safe hot tub temp is 95-104 degrees. Long story short, we ended up not being able to use the hot tub at all. We expected the host to be apologetic and offer a partial refund, but they refused and sent a rude message implying we broke the cover. Even after sending a photo of the ice on the warped cover, no apology or refund. We reported this to Airbnb support and got a partial refund. Hot tubs can break, but the way the host handled the situation was what really put a damper on our trip.

Brand New! There aren't many properties in this area that have been fully updated and this one is beautiful! Located a few blocks from the ocean, a park, restaurants, shops and more. It's an ideal location to park your car and walk everywhere while you're there. It was also very quiet, especially at night. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful newer house in a small, quiet neighborhood. The hot tub, kitchen & bathroom areas were quite nice. Unfortunately the furniture in the rest of the house seemed like cheap, filler pieces. My girlfriend messed up her back sleeping on the bed, which seemed to be an 8-10inch memory foam mattress on a wooden bed frame. She ended up sleeping on the couch several nights out of the week we stayed. Overall 10/10, if they could get better furniture.

Adorable place very close to lots of attractions. We used it for a romantic getaway and it did not disappoint. It's a perfect spot for couples. The area is super quiet (in February) and the hot tub was such a nice touch! So much ambiance in the backyard. The one thing we didn't enjoy was the mattresses are very firm and uncomfortable, so sleeping was not easy. Aside from that, we highly recommend and will visit again. Explore Maine are very thoughtful and thorough hosts.

The home was very new, modern and clean! It was easy to find and check it was very simple. We had a small hiccup but the owners were quick to respond and so friendly every step of the way. The only down side is there isn’t much privacy as the other home is almost touching it, so the hot tub isn’t as private as expected but other than that my family loved it here. Only recommendation is to maybe add fans/acs in the bedrooms as it can get warm at night and just for relaxing noise to fall asleep to. TVs in the bedrooms would be a bonus as well. All in all, we enjoyed this air bnb and the hosts, and would definitely recommend them!!

This Old Orchard gem is simply stunning! The architecture and use of living space built on a small lot is brilliant. The house looks small from the street, but stretches out to a private back yard that is perfect for relaxing. Everything is brand new, modern and comfortable. Upon entry to the house, the temperature was warm and welcoming, and everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you need, although I would recommend providing a large stock pot for cooking pasta. The bedrooms are spacious, have large, well-lit closets, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The full bathroom upstairs has the most amazing rainforest showerhead! The back yard was fantastic! A fence wraps around the space, complete with hanging lights that creates a relaxing vibe. A fire pit sits in the middle of the back yard....be sure to bring your own wood. We stayed with our young son and this was a great space for our family! We came in the winter to see the Sandy Hill light display - which I also highly recommend. This space was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the hot tub, and said to each other how lovely it would be in the summer, too. Great space for a bonfire! This home was beautiful. Newly renovated, very clean, comfortable and safe. Arian was quick to respond to questions we had about the heating units and the hot tub. Although we had a small issue, Arian was quick to offer solutions and ultimately did everything she could to make sure we were satisfied. Based on the proximity to Portland I would totally recommend this place in the winter, and it's proximity to OOB speaks for itself in the warmer seasons.

This was such a cute and unique find. We absolutely loved the house and especially the patio with the hot tub and huge fire pit. Everything was exactly as was described to us. Entry was super easy with the keypad and the location was great, close to the beaches and near Portland and Saco. My only complaint would be the $100 cleaning fee. We didn’t use any part of the kitchen except for the fridge. Check-out instructions told us all the ways we needed to clean including removing bedding and collecting all towels; washing the dishes/running the dishwasher; even taking out the trash to the trash can outside. I’m not exactly sure what we paid the $100 for, if we in fact did most of the cleaning. Aside from that though, it was a great stay.

This is a lovely, sparkly-new place. The colors are cool and beachy, but the place feels warm. The bottle of wine was an unexpected touch. The beds were the most comfortable of our trip. A warning to people unfamiliar with Old Orchard Beach - it really closes down in late fall through early spring. There are very few restaurants and stores open. However, there is a beautiful long sand beach to walk when weather permits. It’s also reasonably close to Cape Elizabeth and Portland to the north and other small southern Maine cities to the south.

We had a lovely brief stay here. Easy to check in, as photographed and described, very clean, it even smells like new construction. Relaxing in the hot tub was a nice way to cap off a few hours in the car during our road trip. We didn't have time to enjoy the bottle of wine left for us, but it was a nice touch. I also appreciated the spare toiletries in the bathroom.

We had a great time at this house, it was very clean and cozy. There were two great spots to park our cars at the house. It was an easy walk to the beach and great restaurants. It was great to be able to walk everywhere and not have to worry about finding parking. The lay out of the house was really well thought out. We will be sure to come back next time we’re in town!
