Great! It was IMMACULATE, uncluttered & convenient to coastal beaches. Kitchen was very well equipped and the w/d were like new. We didn’t cook, just packed lunches for the beach and grabbed drive-thru breakfast from convenient places on the way out. Dinner was always seafood at one of the 100’s of choices w/in a 1 hour radius of Sanford. Hardwood and blinds were spotless and great for our allergy-prone kid. An assortment of extra linens satisfied every sleeper. I had mad houseplant envy over the gorgeous, lush greenery in this house! The hot tub looked nice, though we never used it after baking on the beach all day. The AC was appreciated! The accessible bedroom didn’t have a door or curtain, which was fine for us but might be a problem for non-family groups. The window AC unit in the master was loud for sleeping, but I always travel with earplugs. Two minor quibbles that did not impact our enjoyment of this A+ rental. Overall, this was a fabulous value and we will definitely be back!

We had a great stay in Sanford! It was close by the local tourist areas and provided us a comfortable and quiet place to stay! We loved all the space, the cleanliness of the rental and all of the amenities the rental provided--including the hot tub. There was ample space in the kitchen for cooking, tons of closet space and beautiful sunlight. Arian was quick and responsive even when we had a small issue. They continued to check in and ensured that everything was ok and good for our stay. We would stay again!

Overall this was a great place to stay! All 6 members of our trip were able to sleep comfortably and happily. It was a quiet street, and the parking off street was a plus! The entire house was very clean and organized and had everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable and the extras such as toothbrushes were very helpful as well. We were able to enjoy some local places nearby that were great as well! Some places were only a few minutes walk and uber away it was very convenient! The only issue we had was unfortunately we were unaware that one of the queen bedrooms is off the king bedroom. And there is no door between the two, so they are open to each other without much privacy. We were also unaware that we would need to walk around the house from the front to the back to access the hot tub. Which can be a bit of a pain in the cold weather. Otherwise we had a great, clean, and happy stay! I would stay with Arian again!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving. Great place to stay besides the construction going on in upstairs unit. On multiple days there was loud banging noises in the mornings. Water had to be shut off while I was preparing our Thanksgiving meal and the plumber wanted access to our unit. The Heat shut off on the final day and we were cold.

Arian’s Sanford stay was definitely the best Airbnb experience we’ve had thus far! We loved how comfortable and at home we felt, how modern the kitchen and bathroom were, and all the lovely plants! All amenities listed were provided, and the unit was very clean and exactly as pictured! The hot tub was such a nice benefit as well. What really stood out though was the proactive nature and thoughtfulness of Arian and Aaron. We really appreciated the clear and easy to follow check-in and check-out instructions, and the absolutely amazing bunk house guide booklet provided with all the important stay information and all the local recommendations for restaurants, things to do in the area, and nearby beaches. We were so glad to have stayed and would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable, well designed, and well hosted space in Sanford.

We had a great stay in the Bottom Bunk House. The place was easy to get to and was close to food, gas, etc., as stated in listing. We easily accessed Kennebunkport, Old Orchard Beach, Drake Island Beach, and Portland from the property. The hot tub was very nice and seemed newer. It was a perfect ending to all our days. I would definitely recommend staying in the Bunkhouse and would gladly stay in any of Arian's other properties.

The air bnb was nice. It was clean including the hot tub. There were towels and dishes for us to use. There was two different coffee makers, which they provided k cups and grounds to use. They provided a toaster and a microwave as well. There was spices in the cupboard, we didn’t get to use, but it was available for the guests convenience. We saw the gentleman who keeps up with maintenance & cleans the place, and he was very friendly.

The "Bottom Bunk" was exactly as described and more. The space was clean and tidy with tons of space to relax in. Arian was very responsive and in a timely manner. During the 4 nights that we stayed there, we knew that there were people staying in the "Upper Bunk" however we barely heard them. The hardwood floors were polished and had unique patterns to them. The frame on the wall with important information was a fun way to decorate. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Keep up the good work.

Had trouble checking in due to a locked door that was not supposed to be locked. Had to call and leave a message for the host. With a fairly prompt response, the door was unlocked in less than an hour. The shared spaces were, however, already occupied by the time we were checked into the house and preparing to enjoy the hot tub. The other guests remained in the shared space for the majority of the evening until around 10pm when quiet hours began so we were unable to use the space. The additional Airbnb consists of the upstairs unit, and you can easily hear people moving around above you. Otherwise, the place was clean and had fun games to play. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen seemed to have anything you might need, though we only used the wine opener.

The highlight of this place is the hot tub. There's a very nice setup in the backyard, with string lights for nighttime too. Also, this apartment is large, with 2 bedrooms and an office off one of the bedrooms! We were able to get to woods and beach both within 20-30 minutes, so even though we didn't spend much time in Sanford itself, it's close to other places we wanted to be. We love coming back to Maine!

The Bottom Bunk worked out really nicely for our family! The house was cute and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked and suited for cooking for a group. Was an all around great stay - just be mindful that getting to the hot tub in the winter is not easy from the bottom unit (have to use front door and walk down the driveway to the backyard and around the house), but that is a small inconvenience for a wonderful stay and host

Stayed here with another couple for two nights- had a wonderful time. The host was super responsive and even allowed us a late check out which was very much appreciated. The bottle of wine at check in was a nice touch. The place is nicely appointed and you could tell whoever decorated it took time in picking out the items.While this place sleeps 6 it wouldn't work very well for 3 couples as the futon in the third area is attached to the king bedroom and there is no door separating the two areas. The shared hot tub (between upstairs/downstairs) was a blast- but it would have been disappointing if the upstairs group had been using it each time we wanted to. Also important to remember is that this is a bottom rental and that when the upstairs is rented you can hear everything. While completely ok for our group this time I wouldn't have liked the noise if we had been with kids. There were plenty of towels (THANK YOU!) and the little amenities in the bathroom again were a really nice touch.

New renovations are GREAT, HOT TUB IS AMAZING and well lit at night. only thing I will say is that you can hear the neighbors upstairs word for word if someone is renting the top bunk, I would suggest bringing a whit noise machine, but again GREAT STAY.

My stay here was very nice. The apartment is spacious and it had everything we needed for our stay and more. The host was responsive and was able to address and solve any issues that came up. It was to cold outside for us to use the hot tub which was a bummer :(. There is a full functioning kitchen which we were able to use to cook our meals. Everything is updated and the space is well taken care of. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe and everything you might need is a short drive away. The beds were very comfortable and we got a good nights rest. I would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future.

This space was perfect. The house was gorgeous with a lot of beautiful details. The homeowners made the house very attractive, uncluttered and comfortable. The kitchen is fantastic and well stocked. The bathroom was spotless with fun features like a bluetooth fan that my husband loved. Having the hot tub was very cool. It was clean and easy to use. We sat in it in the snow and it was so fun! The location is great for a walk downtown to cute coffee shops and shopping. There is a really helpful book with recommendations, instructions and tips for your trip. The homeowner was so responsive with any questions we had. My one recommendations would be for the master bedroom. There wasn't a space to put things down. Hangers would be helpful in the closet and a flat surface somewhere in the bedroom (even a small table) to put toiletries or anything on. We would definitely stay here again!

Arian's house was perfect for our needs and in a quiet neighborhood. There is another uint above the one we were in. Both of us were running a race in Sanford and had similar sleeping hours.
