Your family will be close to everything southern Maine has to offer in this renovated, two story, family home! Highlights include a private outdoor space featuring a hot tub for six, two full state of the art bathrooms, free paved parking, full size and brand new washer and dryer, two full kitchens and living areas with dining room tables, dishwasher, porch sitting area, and a private office with high speed internet. This spot is walkable to local restaurants, ice cream, bars, coffee, and parks.

 

This home has plenty of space (and privacy) for sleeping up to 10 guests. There are 5 bedrooms- four with queen beds and one king. (Please note: To reach the fifth bedroom & office space, you walk through the master bedroom.) Queen size air mattress (self inflating) also available upon request. The fifth bedroom includes a dedicated office area and high speed internet for all your professional needs.

 

The first floor kitchen includes an oven and stove with a built in air fryer, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, coffee makers (Keurig & drip) and all the basics your family will need for enjoying meals at the house! The second floor has a fully equipped kitchen as well, with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher and another full set of cookware.

 

Hardwood floors are throughout this bright and spacious home. Each living area has a 47” TV with access to fast WiFi and multiple streaming services.

 

Heated granite floor in the state of the art upstairs bathroom which includes a granite surround shower, Brondell bidet, and bluetooth speaker light. The downstairs bathroom includes a double (fixed and detachable) shower head, bathtub and another Bluetooth speaker light.

 

Heat pumps (and AC) installed on both floors.

 

Off-street parking available for three vehicles in the paved driveway and free street parking.

 

The fenced in backyard space features a 6-person hot tub with outdoor seating & string lights!

 

Guests have private access to the entire place, which includes the first and second floors. Your group can travel between floors without having to go outside.

 

Available by phone during your stay, should you need anything at all.

Host was very responsive when we had a few things come up with the unit and helpful in finding solutions. It was very unexpected to find the conjoined bedrooms didn’t have a door to separate them, which made for a bit of an awkward situation so I’d keep that in mind if you’re booking. Beautiful place and convenient location.

We would definitely recommend Arian’s place in Sanford! There was plenty of space, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, and pans. Lots of towels were provided, and the hot tub was easy to use and a great way to relax. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like available toiletries and extra supplies. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and Arian’s local recommendations were super helpful. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped stay. We’d happily return!

Amazing New England style home with 2 separate apartments! We rented both and were more than comfortable with 6 people (everyone had their own bed)! We had an amazing stay at this two-level Airbnb house. Renting both levels, it was perfect for our group of 10. The location was ideal—walking distance to downtown, with coffee shops, restaurants, and a farmers market nearby. The house was spotless, with modern touches like an instant shower and a luxurious bathroom. The hot tub was a favorite, and the fast WiFi was a big plus. Hot tub was hot, space was comfortable, yard was small, but the fence was tall to block the view of close neighbors which made the hot tub pretty private. It was warm and cozy and wine was left which was a sweet touch It is an older home with quirks and updates. Overall it was clean, comfortable and sweet house. We did bring extra chairs for everyone to fit at the dining room table.

We had a great stay at Arian’s place. It was clean, spacious, and close to so many different attractions/destinations in southern Maine. Ogunquit, Kennebunk, & Portland all about a 30 min drive from the place. The only thing we didn’t love was that the backyard/outdoor area was extremely limited in size, and the place is surrounded very closely on 3 out of 4 sides by neighbors. But that was a small detail and did not damper our stay much at all. We loved the hot tub!! Thanks Arian!!

We booked this house for a bachelorette getway. We had nine people and the house was room and amazing. All the bedrooms were roomy, the place was clean, the upstairs bathroom was awesome. We enjoyed the jacquzzi at night and during the day. It would highly recommend this house and Arain, she was responded very quickly to all my questions. There were fresh flowers left all through the house and it was just an excellent weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was a perfect fit for our family vacation (5 adults and three children). Arian has done a lovely job of keeping some of the older charm of the house (wood floors and built in). The rooms provided more space that what I originally thought for in pictures. (The office space was a nice bonus for the kids to play). The sitting area on the porch was my favorite spot. It was perfect for coffee and reading. We really appreciated that there were ACs in both living rooms and all the bedrooms (except for the "kids" room, but it wasn't an issue for us as we brought a fan for them). The beds were also very comfortable and I loved that I didn't have to bring my own bedding for them! The house was easy to find and close enough to some of our favorite spots such as Wells, Kennebunk, and Portland.
